As a beginner student, yoga classes can often be intimidating but Virginia has the ability to make you feel safe, no matter where you are in your practice. She put me at ease as soon as I walked into the room. The way she teaches is clear and easy to follow and her classes provide a great combination of respect and spirituality. Under the South African sun and in the full beach view we had some of the best yoga sessions we had in a long time. Most inspirational and breath taking. Loved every minute with Dr. Virginia.

After giving my body a few years to seize up I painfully rolled out of bed at 5 am (UGH) one day and under cover of darkness nervously headed to a 6 am yoga class. I am very grateful to have been welcomed into Terrace's yoga community by Virginia's open, warm welcome that morning. Within a couple of months I was waking up to the realization that I was feeling stronger and more flexible in body as well as in mind. Joint pain was next to none! Virginia imbues her classes with a sense of warmth and safety while tailing the levels to everyone's needs. She challenges us to advance without pushing, but it is very evidently backed by a wealth of knowledge. I definitely look forward to advancing my practice at Heal Yoga in the future!

I like the way Virginia accepts everyone for themselves, including their abilities, size, and age.
