Looking for ways you can move yoga from a once-in-a-while exercise to a daily practice? We’ve come across a wonderful video series from the internet’s most well-known yogi, Adriene Mishler. Founder of the popular YouTube channel Yoga With Adriene, she has long worked to make yoga accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a laptop or smartphone.
Adriene’s 30 Days Of Yoga video series starts with an introductory video that explains her free series is helpful for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are more experienced. All you need to get started is your bare feet, a water bottle, and perhaps a yoga mat. From this point, you can view one of her videos each day until you have completed a full 30 days of yoga practice.
Don’t worry that the video series was first released in 2015. Yoga is a timeless practice and the knowledge Adriene shares in this video series is still just as valid today. We encourage you to use her videos to build a daily yoga practice in your own life and bring what you have learned into the Heal Yoga studio.
