Heal Yoga offers a variety of classes to suit your schedule, your interests, and your physical abilities.  Whether you’re a beginner who’s just typed “yoga near me” into Google or an experienced practitioner seeking challenging new classes, we hope you’ll join us in our peaceful new studio. Use the calendar below to see what’s coming up and what’s nearby, then click on a class to see a description.

Please note that Heal Yoga does not accept drop-ins.  As a members-only studio, you’ll need to purchase an annual membership to use our services and join in our classes.  Visit our Membership page to learn more about the benefits of joining our studio.  Once you have a membership, you can call or message us to book the class of your choice.  We are able to take payments using credit cards and email money transfers, so just visit our Contact Us page and send us a message to get started!

A 90 minute heated class to quiet the mind. This gentle, still form of yoga stretches the ligaments and connective tissues of the body that may be overlooked during a flow style class. Each class will feature a guided meditation.

Students will be instructed to move through vinyasa sequences at a faster pace, with less alignment ques and more challenging variations of the asana postures will be offered with a focus on balance postures and core strength.

Full relaxation is the aim of this yoga class. It's a great practice for people recovering from an injury or looking to de-stress. You will be guided into longer held poses on the mat that will allow the mind to tune out and the body to restore through slow gentle stretches and deeper breathing.
